We offer an engaging, supportive work environment where you can learn, grow, and work with premium products every day.

  • Guest Experience: Providing attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable visits.
  • Food & Drink: Taking orders, assisting with light food preparation (plattering cheese/charcuterie), and serving dishes.
  • Bar duties: Pouring bubbles, and learning about our unique product selection.
  • Venue Pride: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and setting/clearing tables efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with the team to keep things seamless and fun, even during busy periods.
  • Duties: Opening & Closing the restaurant

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Attitude: A proactive, energetic approach with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, friendly demeanour.
  • Adaptability: Someone who loves a dynamic environment and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
  • Passion: An interest in food, wine, and French culture is a massive bonus!

What’s In It For You? (Benefits)

  • Competitive tips/service charge
  • Full training on our exclusive champagnes and artisan cheeses (great for your CV!)
  • Generous staff discounts on food and drinks.
  • A fun, supportive, and energetic team culture.
  • Opportunities for career growth within the company.

If you love great food, premium wine, and a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere, this is the role for you. We are looking for an energetic all-rounder who is ready to jump into everything from serving guests to pouring bubbles. In return, we offer great training, fantastic perks, and a supportive team that feels like family.
