At Summit Bespoke Joinery & Interiors, we specialise in crafting high-end, made-to-measure furniture and interior joinery for residential and commercial clients. Our workshop is the heart of our operation — where designs come to life through skilled craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a dedicated workshop-based joiner or cabinet maker to join our growing team. If you take pride in building beautiful, functional furniture and want to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and quality above all else, this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manufacture bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and interior joinery from technical drawings
  • Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Work to tight tolerances with high levels of accuracy and finish
  • Prepare and assemble components to workshop completion stage
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and quality control
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment

  • Experience in a workshop-based joinery or cabinet-making role
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
  • Skilled in working with solid timbers, veneers, and sheet materials
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish
