Full job description
Complex Healthcare Assistant!
Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a client in Sevenoaks.
The client has epilepsy, is registered blind, has some hearing loss, and is non‑verbal. You will be supporting with complex clinical needs including enteral feeding, gastrostomy, medication administration, oral suction, ventilator care and manual handling.
This role is also very person‑centred. The client enjoys music, going out, and taking part in different activities, so supporting their routines and interests is a key part of the role.
Full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.
Shifts
Monday to Sunday – long days 8am-8pm and sleep nights 8pm-8am. Ideally, the healthcare assistant should be flexible to work both day and night shifts.

- To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- To be calm, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
- To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months UK based care experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Full Right to work in the UK.
