We’re searching for someone who is:

  • Passionate about Early Years and child development
  • Full of energy, enthusiasm and kindness
  • Able to think on their feet (and sing and dance on them too!)
  • Ready to create joyful experiences—rain or shine
  • Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (or working towards it)

Location: We have a variety of positions in our centres across Cheltenham (Oakwood, Gardners Lane, Rowanfield and Hesters Way)

  • Full time 37 hours/week - Actual salary £22,615.00 - pa
  • Part-time 22.5 hours/week - Actual salary £13,752.00 to £13,970.00 pa
  • Zero hours rate: £13.65 - £13.87/hour

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: Friday 30th October 2026 at 12 noon

Interviews: Will be held from 9th November 2026

As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to attend an interview and complete a short, observed session with a class of our children.

Aspire follows Safer Recruitment guidelines and any appointment will be subject to two satisfactory references (which we will request for all short-listed candidates) and an enhanced DBS check.

In accordance with our data retention policy, we will keep all paperwork related to the recruitment of this post for 6 months after which it will be destroyed.
