- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, PMO, Operations, and TPMs to ensure supplier and material readiness for qualification and new product development.
- Maintain and enforce supplier compliance with preventive controls, hazard analysis, FSVP requirements, SOPs, QTAs, and quality system documentation.
- Investigate non-conformities, audit findings, deviations, and consumer complaints; conduct root cause analysis and implement effective CAPAs.
- Analyze trends and implement risk mitigation strategies to continuously improve supplier and TPM performance and ensure supply chain quality.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, or Regulatory Compliance within Infant Formula, Dairy, Dietary Supplement, or CPG industries.
- Strong knowledge of global infant formula standards and food safety regulations (e.g., US FDA, Health Canada, Codex).
- Experience with third-party manufacturers and contract manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to create and approve raw material/product specifications and manage Quality Technical Agreements.
- Skilled in leading continuous improvement, change management initiatives, and managing consumer complaint investigations related to product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
What you’ll get from us:
The opportunity to work for the fastest growing infant milk brand in Europe, alongside a young talented team dedicated to serving thousands of passionate customers.
