Why Join Resolution Care Services?

At RCS, care goes far beyond checklist tasks. We support individuals to work towards their personal goals, build everyday confidence, strengthen their independence, and live truly meaningful lives.

Our culture is built entirely around our core values: Integrity, Purpose, Joy, Co-Creation, and Thrive & Belonging. We look for these values in the way we show up for each other and the individuals we support. If you want a role where you can make a real impact, feel part of a deeply connected team, and grow your skills in a values-led organisation, you belong here.

The Role

As a Community Care & Support Worker, your daily work will be guided by outcomes—helping people build independence, confidence, and connection in ways that matter to them.

This could include supporting someone to regain the confidence to shop independently, maintain daily routines at home, safely access their local community, or build social connections—always in a way that protects dignity, choice, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outcome Support: Help individuals work towards personal goals, independent living, and meaningful daily routines.
  • Daily Assistance: Provide compassionate support with everyday living activities, including personal care, medication management, and practical household tasks.
  • Digital Logging: Use our secure mobile app for real-time record-keeping, outcome logging, and team communication.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive, respectful relationships with individuals, their families, and your wider multidisciplinary care team.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow best practices in safeguarding, risk assessment, and safe working protocols, raising any clinical or safety concerns early.

Requirements

  • Logistics: Full UK Driving Licence, access to your own vehicle, and a willingness to use your smartphone/device for work recording purposes.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to maintain service continuity.
  • Attributes: A genuine desire to improve lives, paired with integrity, compassion, and professionalism—especially when things are challenging.

Desirable (But Not Essential):

  • Approximately 1 year of prior experience in social care or support work.
  • Active Health & Social Care qualifications (e.g., QCF Level 2).
  • Knowledge of the Social Services & Well-being (Wales) Act.
