Full job description

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 pa base (DOE) + uncapped commission (£65,000–£90,000+ OTE)

Reporting to: Managing Director

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:30pm

Location: In-person only, London-based, with regular travel to our clinics across London and Manchester

Are you a sales leader who belongs on the clinic floor, not behind a desk?

We're a medical aesthetics group, established for over 20 years, with five clinics across London and Manchester. We're not looking for a traditional corporate sales manager. We want a hands-on Sales & Conversion Manager with real roots in medical aesthetics, clinical, or private dental - someone who knows how to connect with patients, present premium treatment plans, and lift a clinical team's commercial confidence.

This is a highly visible role that blends real-time coaching with rigorous data analysis for tracking and reporting information to management. You'll spend your time on the clinic floor - role-playing with practitioners, reviewing daily consultation outcomes, and personally owning the follow-up pipeline.

What you'll own

The role has three equally important pillars:

1. Hands-on coaching. You'll coach practitioners and front-of-house teams in real time - through live observation, feedback, and role-play - to convert more consultations into booked treatments. You'll standardise how consultations are run, help staff present treatment plans and handle objections with confidence, and build targeted improvement plans for individual skill gaps.

2. Follow-up & pipeline management. You'll review every consultation that doesn't convert on the day, across all five clinics, and own a structured, timely follow-up process by call, message, and email. You'll keep a live pipeline of warm leads, make sure no clinically suitable clients slips through the cracks, and track re-engaged conversions as a core KPI.

3. Performance tracking & reporting. You'll report on conversion rates by clinic, staff member, and treatment type, identify top and bottom performers with clear action plans, and track all conversions. You'll share insights with the Managing Director regularly and propose data-led improvements.

What you'll bring (essential)

  • Real roots in medical aesthetics, clinical, healthcare, or private dental - you understand patients and premium treatment journeys
  • A proven track record of improving sales conversion through hands-on, on-the-floor coaching - not classroom theory
  • Experience owning or building a follow-up process for unconverted leads
  • 4+ years in a sales management, coaching, or conversion-focused role
  • Strong analytical skills - confident tracking, interpreting, and acting on conversion data
  • Experience with CRM systems, performance reporting, and KPI management
  • Comfortable leading face-to-face, and willing to travel regularly between London and Manchester

Nice to have

  • Formal qualifications in sales, coaching, or leadership
  • Experience across multi-site clinic environments

What we offer

  • Competitive base with genuinely uncapped earnings tied directly to your results
  • Full ownership of conversion strategy and performance across a growing group
  • Direct access to, and support from, the Managing Director
  • Clear progression as the business expands
  • Staff discounts

How to apply

Send your CV and a short cover letter with specific examples of:

  • how you've improved consultation or sales conversion through hands-on coaching
  • how you've built or run a follow-up process for unconverted leads
  • the numbers and outcomes you achieved

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Store discount

Application question(s):

  • Have you personally owned a follow-up or re-engagement process for unconverted leads or consultations?

Experience:

  • sales management, coaching, or conversion-focused role: 4 years (required)
  • medical aesthetics/clinical/healthcare/private dental sales : 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
