We design and distribute a broad assortment of rugs, furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories, serving some of the world's largest retailers alongside independent retailers and interior designers.

As we continue to grow our UK and European business, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Newport Pagnell.

The Role

This is a hands-on role at the centre of our UK operation. You will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders and coordinating closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Support

· Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries relating to orders, stock availability, deliveries and product information.

· Support the sales team with quotations, reporting, account administration and customer communications.

· Build strong relationships with customers through responsive and professional service.

· Maintain accurate customer records and support the onboarding of new accounts.

Order & Operations Management

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Monitor orders from receipt through to delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

· Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics and customer support teams to ensure excellent service levels.

· Manage returns, claims and customer issue resolution.

· Maintain accurate pricing, product and customer information within company systems.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

· Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately.

· Monitor inventory availability and communicate any stock issues to customers and the sales team.

· Support delivery tracking, shipping documentation and operational reporting.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in sales administration, customer support, order management or commercial operations.

· Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

· Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems would be advantageous.

· Experience within wholesale, distribution, logistics or warehouse operations is desirable.
