About Kiyoto Sushi

Kiyoto sushi is an extremely busy Sushi Bar & Takeaway with 5 current branches. Founded in 2015 with the sole purpose of providing the best quality sushi using the freshest fish and produce to our local communities.

Every order is individually prepared by our highly-trained chefs and whether you’re eating at home or in any one of our restaurants, the preparation, care and quality of everything that comes out of our kitchens remains exactly the same.

Requirements of Sushi Chef

  • You should have at least 3 years experience making sushi.
  • All candidates should be able to cut sushi and sashimi to the highest of standards.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment is required.
  • Must be able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities of Sushi Chef

  • To prepare and keep your work station clean at all times
  • To be able to fillet and prepare all types of fish
  • To be able to make sushi in a fast paced environment where you will be able to work well under pressure
