Experienced Sushi Chef - You Me Sushi - £13/£15ph

Founded in 2008, You Me Sushi has been winning the hearts of Londoners thanks to our varying menu concept that is perfectly combined with a fresh and unique approach to Japanese cuisine.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Sushi Chefs skilled in handmade rolls, ready to join our growing family. You will need to be passionate about food and customer service and a great team player. We are looking for a Sushi Chef who is organised and can work well under pressure.
You will need to be flexible as this role requires working weekends and late evenings.

The right Sushi Chef must have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to follow recipes and create dishes according to specification.
  • Familiar with Health & Safety standards and Food Hygiene
  • Familiar with day-to day duties including food preparation, operating fryers, monitoring cooking processes, assembling dishes, cleaning etc.
  • Able to work within a team, as well as independently.
