Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment across a range of venues and locations - including Premier League Stadia.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and assisting them with their drink selections.
• Monitor customer behaviour and consumption, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Comply with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Keep track of inventory levels, assisting in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• A friendly demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A willingness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques to enhance service quality.

Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.71-£13.68 per hour
