KOI Swim School is looking for a Swimming Teacher to join our team in Surbiton, KT6.

As a Top 3 Finalist for STA Swim School of the Year, we pride ourselves on excellence—but we pride ourselves on our people even more. Whether you are an experienced pro or an aspiring teacher, you’ll be mentored by KOI's founder (this year’s winner of the Best STAr Swimming Teacher of the Year) in a supportive, high-achieving environmen

Our lessons are held in a private pool where we run just one class at a time, providing a quiet and focused environment for both teachers and swimmers.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate teacher to lead small group classes (up to 6 children) and 2:1 Adult sessions. You will work with a supportive team to create a positive and effective learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ASA Level 2 OR STA Level 2 Award in Aquatic Teaching – Baby and Pre-School Swimming and STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and able to connect with swimmers of all ages.
  • A confident and friendly team player
