Aqua Buddy – Swim Teacher & Play Ambassador Reports to: Play Team Manager & Swim Development Manager Location: Chelsea, London | Salary: £33,280 per year

As an Aqua Buddy, you’ll be delivering swimming lessons for ages 4 months – 12 years, alongside the swim development team. You’ll receive in-house coaching and ongoing support from our swim development team to ensure every lesson reflects the playful, child-led philosophy at the heart of our club, while still delivering structured, progressive, swim-focused learning.

  • Work as a team to deliver 5-star family experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in teaching children to swim
  • 1+ year experience working with children in settings like play, childcare, camps, sports, or arts would be great
  • A playful spirit, creativity and confidence (robot dancing encouraged!).
  • Strong communication with kids and adults alike.
  • Fluent English and a clear Enhanced DBS.
  • Energy, organisation, and a passion for creating joyful memories.
