Fed up of being micro-managed and tired of the same old routine?

You could become a Fundraiser for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

No experience is necessary.

Average earnings of over £21 per hour (Guaranteed £14 per hour during probation).

Commission and bonus scheme apply from day 1.

We’re looking for inspiring people with warm personalities to join our thriving fundraising team in Wiltshire. You will be part of a growing team of passionate and well-informed face to face fundraisers, who raise vital support by securing new members for the Wildlife Trusts via good quality venues and events local to you.

Our organisation

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is the leading charity in Wiltshire and Swindon working to achieve nature's recovery. and connect people with nature. WWT wants to see the abundance of nature restored and experienced by people in ways that enhance their lives and wellbeing.

SWWFL is wholly owned by Wildlife Trust Charities, and provides fundraising services for 12 Wildlife Trusts across South & West England and Wales.

Responsibilities

· Engage people at pre-booked good quality venues and events (shows, events, retail stores and garden centres etc) using a marketing display.

· To join up new members who will support WWT via a small monthly donation.

· (All venues and events are booked by our specialist Venues Team).

Requirements

· Self-motivated and resilient, determined to make a difference.

· Outgoing, passionate, with the confidence to influence people to take action.

· Love of wildlife and the natural world.

· Must have access to a car / van and a full driving licence is essential.

Rewards

· Permanent, employed roles with fantastic, uncapped earnings potential (over £30/ hour for good fundraisers)

· £13 per hour enhanced basic rate during probationary period. Eligible for commission and bonuses from day 1.
