Customer Service Manager

At Land Rover Knutsford, we believe that great customer experiences do not happen by accident. They happen when passionate people, great leadership and high standards come together.

We are an award-winning business with a proven track record of delivering an upper-quartile customer experience, and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to help us continue raising the bar.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will take ownership of our front-of-house operation and Service Advisor team, while playing a key role in driving the financial performance of the department.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a real impact — developing people, driving performance and ensuring every customer receives an experience that reflects the standards of a modern luxury brand.

What you will be doing

  • Lead, coach and inspire our Service Advisors, creating a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Take ownership of the front-of-house operation, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to drive the financial performance and profitability of the department.
  • Protect and build on our upper-quartile customer satisfaction performance.
  • Champion a first-time-right culture and maintain the high standards that have helped make us an award-winning business.
  • Develop your team through coaching, feedback and recognition, helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively across the dealership to deliver a consistent and memorable customer experience.
  • Lead by example, bringing energy, accountability and a positive attitude every day.

About you

We are looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things right.

You will have a strong customer service background and proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. You will also be commercially minded, confident managing performance and motivated by achieving great results.

Above all, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and have the energy, personality and leadership skills to bring people with you.

What we offer

The role comes with a company car, alongside the opportunity to develop your career within an award-winning business with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction.

If you are ready to lead a high-performing team, build on an award-winning customer experience and make a real difference to both our customers and our business, we would love to hear from you.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have a valid full UK driving license as a minimum requirement for the role.
