We are working with 5 secondary schools across the Wirral area who require secondary teaching assistants to start with them in the new term, September 2026. This will be a mix of part time and full time roles, plus short term and long term.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience of working in a similar setting and will have a proven track record of being able to make a difference to the pupils you have supported. Secondary experience would be helpful but not essential. Most importantly, you will have a passion for supporting pupils and help them overcome barriers to learning and progression.

This role is perfect for experienced teaching assistants or graduates seeking their first role in education. The key is that you are a motivated individual eager to contribute positively to secondary education while developing your skills in education, the classroom and working with young people.
