At CT Skills, we’re expanding our high performing delivery team and are looking for passionate individuals who want to help others grow. Whether you’re already working in education or ready to bring your industry expertise into a training environment, we’ll give you the support, tools, and confidence to thrive.

The Role

Working closely with employers and apprentices, you will deliver and support Accountancy apprenticeship programmes up to Level 4.

You will use your coaching and training skills to guide apprentices through their learning journey, developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours. Deliver engaging one to one and group sessions, monitor apprentice progress and provide tailored support to ensure successful outcomes, and build strong, professional relationships with apprentices and employers

About You

If you’re considering a move into training, we’ll provide full support to help you transition confidently into the role. If you already deliver AAT training, you’ll find a supportive, forward thinking environment where your expertise is valued.

You will:

  • have solid, hands on experience in accountancy
  • be an effective communicator who can motivate and inspire
  • be organised, proactive, and confident managing your own caseload
  • enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping others achieve their potential

Previous training or assessing experience is beneficial but not essential, your industry knowledge and passion for developing others are what matter most.

Training, Support & Development

We invest heavily in our people and are committed to helping you succeed. You will receive:

  • A structured induction and onboarding programme
  • Mentoring from experienced trainers / assessors
  • Support to develop coaching and assessment skills
  • Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities
