Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Takeaway Delivery Driver to join our store team. The main role is to deliver food orders to customers safely, quickly and politely, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with simple in-store auxiliary work during non-delivery periods. This is a flexible part-time position suitable for candidates looking for part-time and casual work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive daily takeaway delivery orders and check order information (food items, delivery address, contact number) carefully to avoid order errors.

2. Complete food delivery tasks efficiently, ensure food is kept intact and hygienic during transportation, and deliver orders to customers on time.

3. Maintain neat and clean delivery tools, regularly check the safety status of delivery vehicles, and report any faults or problems in a timely manner.

4. Communicate politely with customers, respond to simple customer inquiries, and properly handle minor delivery problems such as delayed delivery and address deviation.

5. Cooperate with store staff to complete simple auxiliary work including order sorting, packaging assistance and store cleaning during off-peak delivery hours.

6. Abide by local traffic rules and store work regulations at all times, ensure personal travel safety and standardized service.

Job Requirements

1. Valid local driving license and proficient driving skills, familiar with local road conditions and delivery routes are preferred.

2. Own delivery vehicle (electric bike/motorcycle/car) 3. Good personal sense of responsibility, punctual and reliable, able to work independently and complete delivery tasks efficiently.

4. Basic oral communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with store staff and customers.

5. Friendly service attitude, patient and courteous, no bad service records.

6. Flexible working time, able to cooperate with store’s peak business hours (weekends, dinner rush hours) to work shifts.

7. Familiar with mobile navigation and takeaway delivery operation software.
