About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable team member to join our Kapes Kiosk team. This is a varied role focused on preparing the kiosk for the day, serving customers efficiently, and maintaining high standards throughout service.

You will play an important part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the kiosk runs smoothly during busy trading periods.

Key ResponsibilitiesOpening & Set Up

  • Opening and preparing the kiosk for daily trade
  • Setting up coffee machines, displays, refrigeration, and service areas
  • Stocking products and ensuring all areas are clean and presentable

Customer Service

  • Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, and takeaway items
  • Processing orders and handling payments accurately

Daily Operations

  • Replenishing stock throughout the day
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
  • Supporting closing duties and end-of-day cleaning
