Full job description

We’re Hiring: Waiter / Waitress/Bartender
Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Take and process food & drink orders using our computer system.
  • Serve food, beverages, coffees, desserts, and complimentary shots.
  • Check on customers during their meal and handle any concerns promptly.
  • Clear tables after main courses and reset them for the next guests.
  • Handle customer payments (cash or card).
  • Answer phone calls for takeaway orders and bookings.
  • Pack takeaway orders with care.
  • Assist with bar closing/finishing tasks.
  • Carry out other closing and finishing duties as instructed by the manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential—training will be provided.
