Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Birchwood, Warrington (4 days onsite)
£45,000-£55,000 Basic Salary (OTE c.£65,000 with bonuses)

Evolution is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract and hire ambitious people who will perform, grow and realise their potential within our contract business.
This is not a volume recruitment role. It is an opportunity to raise the standard of who joins the business, own hiring outcomes and work closely with senior leaders to strengthen the quality of our sales and recruiter hires.

What you will be doing
- Hiring trainees/graduates, experienced salespeople and recruiters into our contract business
- Directly sourcing ambitious, high-potential and proven talent across active and passive channels
- Targeting candidates from high-performance environments
- Running structured competency-based interviews
- Using our 3-stage interview process to assess candidates
- Improving processes using data, insight and AI tools
- Building pipelines of high-quality candidates rather than simply driving volume
- Working with hiring managers to maintain high standards and make strong hiring decisions
Requirements
- Experience of hiring salespeople, recruiters or commercial talent
- Strong ability to identify ambition, long-term potential and fit for a high-performance environment
- Experience in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Confidence to influence stakeholders and maintain quality standards
- Experience using structured or competency-based interview processes
- Interest in improving hiring decisions using data and technology
- A genuine passion for internal recruitment, people and building Evolution
