Are you an experienced full‑cycle recruiter who thrives in fast‑growing startups? Do you love building teams from the ground up, owning the hiring strategy, and sourcing world‑class talent across multiple functions? If so, this is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, venture‑backed company transforming the claims and medical evidence industry.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can operate as the primary in‑house talent partner, owning hiring across engineering, operations, sales, claims and specialist roles. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the team from early‑stage to high‑growth, working directly with founders and senior leadership.
This role is fully in‑office (London or NYC) and ideal for someone who has already scaled a startup from ~50 to 150+ employees.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own full‑cycle recruitment across engineering, sales, operations, claims and specialist roles
  • Build and optimise ATS workflows, scorecards, interview processes and automation
  • Proactively source passive candidates with high response and conversion rates
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Manage pipelines, reporting and hiring metrics across all functions
  • Represent the company compellingly to passive candidates who may not know the brand
  • Build talent pools for future hiring needs across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Support employer branding and market positioning as the company scales

What We’re Looking For
Experience
  • 4–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑growing Series A/B startup
  • Proven experience scaling a startup from ~50 to 150+ employees as the sole or primary recruiter
  • Strong track record hiring engineers and technical talent in‑house
  • Experience sourcing across multiple functions (engineering, sales, ops, claims)
  • At least 1 year of tenure in two of your last three roles
Hard Skills
  • Expert in proactive outbound sourcing with high response rates
  • Skilled in building ATS workflows, scorecards and interview automation
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring, engineering profiles and startup org structures
Soft Skills
  • Able to sell an early‑stage, lesser‑known startup to passive candidates
  • Confident partnering with founders and senior leadership
  • Strong communicator with excellent judgement and candidate empathy
  • Highly organised, data‑driven and process‑oriented

Other Requirements
  • Willing to work 5 days per week in‑office (London or NYC)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment
