Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and welcoming Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a lively, friendly atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations when appropriate.
  • Serve food, drinks, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cafe/restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
  • Experience in serving, bartending, barista work, or food preparation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of alcohol service and bar operations (if applicable).
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
