Now we're looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join the family and help us create unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our door.

The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Lobos Soho, you'll be the face of the pack — looking after our guests across lunch and dinner services, guiding them through our menu, and making sure every visit feels like something worth remembering.

You'll be part of a lively, fast paced, sociable environment where the energy is high, the music is good, and the team has each other's backs. If you thrive in a busy, buzzy room and love great food and drink, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming guests warmly and looking after them from first hello to final goodbye
Taking orders, making recommendations, and knowing our menu inside out
Serving food and drinks with speed, care, and a smile
Working as one pack with the bar, kitchen, and floor team during busy services
Keeping your section clean, tidy, and ready at all times
Handling guest feedback with grace and turning any hiccup into a great story
Supporting new starters and mucking in wherever the pack needs you

Who We're Looking For

1+ year of waiting experience in a busy restaurant
1+ year of hospitality experience and 1+ year of customer service
A smiley, positive, can-do attitude — even on the toughest shift
A genuine passion for food and drink (Spanish cuisine is a bonus, not a must)
A team player who puts the pack first and never leaves a colleague behind
Someone resilient and calm under pressure — you pace yourself and keep going
Excellent communication — you keep the team in sync and the guests in the loop
Reliability and respect — you show up, you pitch in, and you respect the pack's hierarchy
Full right to work in the UK
