We are looking for an Assistant GeneralManager that is enthusiastic and dedicated to join our team!

You will have at least 3 year’s worth of bar experience in a high volume, busy environment and enjoy chatting with customers.

Duties include but are not at all limited to:

· Venue management of daily operations requirements and any events across a large multifaceted site.

· Delivering budgeted top line sales and ensuring that this is converted in to profit through tight stock control

· Managing a team whilst driving engagement and personal development

· Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days

· Implementing the sales incentives for your team.

· Monitoring and managing health and safety including EHO requirements for all Bar areas within the venue

· Sourcing best value and implementing efficiencies

· Creating a positive image and environment and enhancing all working relationship

· Managing and overseeing your venues Bars for large-scale events and the daily operation

· Training and Staffing Management –motivating and training the team where required and managing their learning and development where possible.

Skills and experience:

· Prior experience working in a senior managerial capacity within team across multiple sites

· Experience of manging budgets of top line sales and managing stock control

· Experience of implanting sales incentives for a team and supporting the team to achieve them

· Experience of managing health and safety for bars including EHO requirements

· Experience of managing and overseeing large scale events

· Experience of training and staff
