Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Trainee Trainer to join our team.

We are looking at a start date of between September to October this year.

Primarily the position will be part time with the possibility of moving to a full time role in the future. This will depend on the growth of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering apprenticeship training programmes working with our employers and apprentices. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and present information in an engaging manner, ensuring that participants are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

We require applicants that have delivered NVQs or Apprenticeships

Duties

  • Contribute to designing and developing comprehensive training materials.
  • Deliver Apprenticeship training face to face and online.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse groups, ensuring content is tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Assess training needs through initial assessments with management to identify skill gaps.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions that encourage participation and enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to Apprentices, offering feedback and guidance to foster development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Experience

  • Full training will be given to bring you in line with our quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with Ms teams and MS Office
  • Delivery of apprenticeship or similar training
  • A background in recruitment and administration sectors could be an advantage.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
