Are you passionate in supporting school leavers? Do you enjoy being part of a supportive community where every child is known and valued? We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming Alternative provision in the Exeter area.

About the role
As a teaching Assistant you will be working closely with class teachers and support staff, you will help pupils access their learning, build confidence and support their communication and behavioural needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting small groups and individual pupils, assisting with classroom activities, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, nurturing learning environment.
