Alongside our busy aesthetics practice, XO Clinic provides advanced training courses for practitioners across the UK. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care, natural results and maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced GMC Registered Medical Doctor to join our expanding clinical team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, confident and personable Medical Doctor with a passion for aesthetics and patient care.

This is a self-employed, part-time position working 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) within our luxury Fitzrovia clinic.

You will be responsible for delivering advanced injectable treatments, conducting medical consultations, prescribing where appropriate and helping support the continued growth of XO Clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Foundation & Advanced Botulinum Toxin treatments.
  • Deliver Foundation & Advanced Dermal Filler treatments.
  • Conduct comprehensive face-to-face medical consultations and treatment planning.
  • Carry out face-to-face prescription consultations for all prescription-only medicines (POMs), ensuring compliance with UK prescribing regulations and clinic protocols.
  • Assess patient suitability and prescribe treatments where clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and safety.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, consent forms and treatment notes.
  • Ensure compliance with GMC, Westminster Council requirements and clinic protocols.
  • Diagnose and manage aesthetic complications where required.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team.
  • Participate in promotional content and educational filming where appropriate.
  • Support practical training sessions for students where required (desirable but not essential).

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Current UK registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) (or equivalent UK healthcare regulator with prescribing rights).
  • Full licence to practise in the UK.
  • Valid medical indemnity insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within medical aesthetics.
  • Proven experience in Foundation Botulinum Toxin.
  • Proven experience in Advanced Botulinum Toxin.
  • Proven experience in Foundation Dermal Fillers.
  • Proven experience in Advanced Dermal Fillers.
  • Confident providing independent face-to-face prescribing consultations for prescription-only medicines.
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (essential).
  • Professional, friendly and patient-focused approach.
  • Passion for aesthetics and continuous professional development.
