We have opportunities across Hayes, Uxbridge, West Drayton, Ruislip, Ickenham, Hillingdon and Yiewsley, with immediate starts available subject to successful registration and completion of the required checks.
Role: Supply Primary Teacher

The Role
As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Maintain classroom routines and manage pupil behaviour effectively.
- Adapt to different school environments and follow each school's policies.
- Keep pupils engaged and support their learning throughout the day.

- Follow safeguarding procedures and represent Tradewind Recruitment professionally.
Daily supply generally does not involve responsibility for longer-term planning or routine staff meetings unless specifically agreed for the assignment.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification and eligibility to teach in England.
- Primary teaching experience. Relevant school placements may be considered for ECTs.
- Confident classroom management and the ability to deliver lessons effectively.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different year groups and school environments.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
