Lead the Fun at Wonderland Play!

Are you a natural leader who loves a fast-paced environment? At Wonderland Play, we’re a small, ambitious team where your personality actually matters. We’re looking for a Team Leader who wants to grow with us, learn new skills, and take real ownership of our guest experience.

The Role

As our Team Leader, you’ll lead the floor to ensure every family has a safe, seamless, and magical visit.

  • Lead the Crew: Coach and motivate the team to deliver "above and beyond" service.
  • Own the Floor: Manage daily operations, from smooth birthday parties to safety checks.
  • Business Basics: Handle opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and staff scheduling.
  • Problem Solver: Take initiative to fix issues on the spot and keep the park running perfectly.
