Full job description

We are excited to share that within Azzurro Associates, Risk and Compliance Team, we are looking for a Compliance Associate.

Main Responsibilities

This role requires someone who is diligent and detail-oriented they will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing client and servicer due diligence, handling complaints, processing Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), monitoring servicer calls, and addressing queries related to vulnerable customers. This role is crucial for maintaining our firm's compliance standards and safeguarding client interests.

Skills and qualifications

The role holder will need the following skills and experience:-

Experience: Previous experience in a compliance, QA or complaints team within FCA-regulated financial services.

Knowledge: Understanding of FCA and SRA compliance requirements, DSAR processes, and best practices in complaint management and call monitoring.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
