About the Role

We’re a UK-based training provider focused on practical, high-impact learning, helping organisations and individuals build capability with modern workplace tools. Our approach centres on engaging, relevant training that drives real behaviour change - so people feel confident using Microsoft 365 and Copilot in their day-to-day work.

We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Trainer with strong Microsoft 365 experience, a passion for high-quality delivery, and a genuine interest in how AI is changing the way people work. You’ll deliver high-impact Copilot and Microsoft 365 training, create compelling learning content, and work closely with clients to ensure learning is practical, relevant, and immediately useful.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering engaging training, can adapt content for different audiences, and wants to take ownership of the end-to-end learning experience - from design through to delivery and follow-up. You’ll also support the ongoing development of our Copilot and Microsoft 365 training offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging Copilot and Microsoft 365 training through classroom sessions, webinars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching, both in person and online
  • Design and produce high-quality learning materials, including slide decks, trainer notes and user guides
  • Work with clients to understand their goals and shape practical, tailored learning solutions
  • Stay up to date with Copilot developments, Microsoft 365 updates, and emerging technology trends
  • Ensure training leads to real-world application through practical use cases and relevant examples
  • Gather learner feedback to continuously improve content, delivery and overall experience
  • Collaborate internally to evolve and enhance our training offering

Success in this role will be measured through learner engagement, client satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall quality and impact of delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Significant experience delivering instructor-led IT training, both onsite and remotely
  • Strong, trainer-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneNote, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others
  • Experience delivering Copilot training that goes beyond features - using real-world use cases and workflows to inspire users
  • Proven ability to design engaging training materials and learning resources

Skills and Attributes

  • Confident, engaging training style with strong communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and build learner confidence
  • Well‑organised and detail‑focused, able to manage multiple training sessions, content development tasks and client needs
  • Strong technical curiosity, with a genuine interest in AI tools such as Copilot and how they can be applied in everyday work
  • Able to design and deliver practical, scenario‑based training using real‑world use cases and workflows
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with a positive and professional approach to delivery and client engagement
  • Calm and adaptable, able to perform confidently in fast‑moving or high‑pressure environments
  • Collaborative, with strong relationship‑building skills across teams and client groups
  • Flexible, with willingness to travel across the UK and accommodate occasional early or late sessions to support global clients

Working Requirements

  • A private, quiet workspace suitable for delivering professional training sessions
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for on-site training delivery, including access to a car

What We Offer

  • A key role within our team, with the opportunity to take ownership of your training delivery and contribute to how we continue to develop our offering
  • The opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth and contribute to the ongoing development of our Copilot and Microsoft 365 training offering
  • The chance to design and deliver modern, AI-driven learning experiences across a growing client base
  • A supportive, collaborative environment that keeps you at the forefront of Microsoft 365 and Copilot developments
  • Career growth as our AI-focused learning services expand
  • A competitive salary plus company bonus scheme, alongside flexibility that supports work/life balance

Join our forward-thinking team and help shape how organisations get real value from Microsoft 365 and Copilot, while continuing to grow your own expertise in one of the most exciting areas of workplace learning.
