The Opportunity

This isn't your typical dispensing Pharmacy Technician role.

At Evercare Pharmacy, we believe community pharmacy is about far more than just filling prescriptions. • Pharmacist Collaboration: Work closely with branch Pharmacists to maximize clinical service opportunities and deliver integrated care.
  • Team Coaching & Mentoring: Coach, support, and upskill the wider pharmacy team (dispensary assistants, counter staff) to embed a clinical-first mindset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Attractive pay package structured directly around your clinical experience and expertise.
  • Career Progression: Clear pathways for ongoing training, leadership development, and service management within a fast-growing group.
  • Clinical Empowerment: The opportunity to step out from behind the dispensing bench and lead innovative healthcare services.
