Ya Dubai is seeking a passionate, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our established luxury fragrance kiosk at Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness. If you have a strong background in retail, specifically within the fragrance sector, and are eager to advance your career in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We have two part-time positions available.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be key to driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the daily operations of the kiosk. You'll be joining a respected brand in the luxury fragrance world, where your expertise and enthusiasm for fragrances will be essential to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Ya Dubai brand with passion, and develop in-depth product knowledge to share with customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build connections with customers, assess their needs, and provide expert fragrance consultations to help them choose the perfect products.
  • Traffic Stopping: Proactively engage with passing foot traffic and confidently approach potential customers to introduce the brand and generate interest.
  • Sales Achievement: Work to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our fragrance offerings, including ingredients, benefits, and unique features, to guide customers effectively.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily kiosk activities like stock management, deliveries, stocktaking, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Promotions & Events: Support in-store campaigns and events to attract customers and drive sales.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous Retail Experience: Must have prior experience in retail, with a strong background in the fragrance or luxury goods sector.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Sales Driven: Strong desire to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for presentation, ensuring the kiosk is always visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Basic Numeracy: Comfortable with basic math for order processing, handling cash, and stock management.
