Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this varied role, you will support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar and function facilities, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, covering a variety of shifts including early, mid and late shifts. The role includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and function service, and regular evening and weekend working, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming and attentive service to all guests.
  • Assist with food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, and during events.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and inviting dining and service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing great service.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic bartending skills would be an advantage.
