Join our friendly team at the Bridal Factory Outlet in Northallerton!
Are you friendly, organised and confident speaking to customers? Do you enjoy working in a busy retail environment and helping people create special memories?
We are looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to join our team at our Bridal Store.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important part in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every bride and her bridal party.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Booking bridal appointments and managing the appointment diary.
- Responding to customer emails and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Greeting customers warmly when they arrive at the store.
- Directing brides and their guests to the appropriate team member.
- Helping to ensure the reception area and entrance remain tidy and welcoming.
- Providing general administrative support to the bridal team when required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Is friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers.
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask.
- Has good written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Is comfortable using a computer, email and booking systems.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has a professional manner and enjoys helping people.
Previous reception, retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Location: Bridal Factory Outlet, Northallerton
Hours: Weekends – Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
