Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate well presented and articulate Kennel Assistant to join our team for the summer period. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a strong commitment to providing excellent service for our dogs and be comfortable handling giant breed dogs . This role involves working in a fast-paced customer facing environments, including working large events where you will be responsible for the well-being of animals in our care, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and healthy. Bonus structure included.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
  • be comfortable in customer facing environments
  • Clean and maintain kennel areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Monitor the health and behaviour of animals, reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Skills

  • Strong animal care skills with a genuine love for pets of all types.
  • Excellent customer service
