What you’ll be doing

• Travelling to businesses across the UK to install and maintain telephone and broadband systems, including Unify, NEC & Univerge Blue
• Surveying sites and gathering customer requirements to ensure they are 100% satisfied
• Training customers so they can get the most out of their systems
• Testing equipment and systems before you leave site
• Configuring routers and other networking equipment
• Going above and beyond with service to wow everyone
• Completing reports on work completed before you leave the premises
• Communicating with the office

Are you the person we are looking for?

• At least 1 year experience in cabling
• Experience installing and/or maintaining internal phone and WiFi systems is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence
• Technically minded
• The confidence to survey sites and make independent decisions on the best process
• See problems as challenges and face them with optimism
• Ambition and genuine interest in telecommunications, businesses and helping them succeed
• A driven, determined and professional attitude to work
• Organised and methodical approach to work
