JOB OBJECTIVE
The main function of the Installation Engineer is to install superfast and ultrafast broadband for clients into customer homes. As a key member of our expert team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality FTTP installations within Multi dwelling units (MDU’s).
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· You will be responsible for providing service from the breakout box to the ONT; Supply high quality fibre broadband to the customer; Carry out a line test upon completion and demonstrate to the EU that service has been provided.
· The installations will consist of installing service in internal multi dwellings and will require no outdoor climbing or external work.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· High motivation with attention to detail.
· Willing to travel to and from various job locations within your working area.
· Visit and work within customer’s premises
· Flexible about working hours as you are paid on a job completion and appointment completion basis.
· Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
· A clean Basic DBS check will be required for this role.
PERSON SPECIFICAITON
We are seeking engineers with previous experience of Telecoms & customer service background.
