Looking to start a hands-on career in telecommunications? Kelly Group is expanding and has exciting opportunities to join our growing team working on one of our many fibre contracts with some of the largest fibre providers in the UK.

No telecoms experience? No problem. If you’ve worked outdoors, in customer service, construction, utilities, delivery, or any practical role — your skills could transfer perfectly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing services safely and to high standards
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Using smart devices to follow job instructions
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Meeting installation targets and deadlines
  • Working at heights (up to 15m)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round

  • Physically fit and able to lift equipment

  • Full UK manual driving licence (12+ months, max 6 points)
