Your next role

As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers, clients and service users. You will be responsible for answering calls, accurately recording information, assessing requests, and ensuring enquiries are passed to the appropriate teams in line with client instructions and company procedures.

This is a customer-focused role requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent or sensitive situations.

What you'll be doing

  • Answer incoming calls on behalf of a variety of clients and services
  • Record accurate details of requests, incidents and customer enquiries
  • Assess calls and follow client-specific escalation procedures
  • Contact and dispatch on-call personnel when required
  • Provide updates and information to callers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken within company systems
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues to ensure continuity of service between shifts
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling a variety of situations and enquiries
