Job title: On Site Office Administrator

Job Purpose: To provide support and aid the successful delivery of the allocated scheme whilst maintaining the highest possible standards and relationship with Clients

Key Result Areas:

  • Provide support to the project Manager and site team
  • Collate, input and keep up to date Viewpoint (4P) site management filing system, Smart Waste, and ensure end of month systems compliance.
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required)
  • Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
  • Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance
  • Allocating incoming mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally
  • Collate and keep up to date tracking documents/ data base
