Marketplace Executive

Join a Fast-Growing eCommerce Business Where You Can Make a Real Impact

At Vivactive, we’re on an exciting growth journey — and we’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketplace Executive to help take our marketplace channels from £0 to £5m in sales.

Vivactive is an award-winning and fast growth eCommerce business based in Telford.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth ecommerce team where your ideas, energy and expertise will directly influence the future of our marketplace success.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy analysing performance data, and love finding ways to grow online sales, this role offers the chance to be part of something genuinely exciting.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in managing and scaling our presence across major online marketplaces including Amazon and eBay. From deeply understanding the process, and driving sales performance to improving account health and identifying growth opportunities, no two days will be the same.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach — someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and continuously improving performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketplace Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance and optimise our marketplace channels
  • Manage marketplace account health, working closely with operational teams to maintain excellent performance standards and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Deeply understand the processes and performance in order to scale an efficient business
  • Manage product listings to maximise visibility, traffic and conversion
  • Monitor pricing, promotions, inventory and account performance
  • Conduct regular listing audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Review performance and interpret data to influence change with the operation and identify growth opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Liaise between external and internal partners to maintain and optimise marketplace feeds and product templates
  • Troubleshoot feed errors and system issues
  • Manage repricing strategies and stock buffers
  • Support automation and integration improvements across channels
  • Feedback to Management and suggest positive action to influence change

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised and passionate about eCommerce growth.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence using Excel
  • Experience of analysing data to influence positive change that has contributed to delivering an increase in conversion
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of SEO, marketplace PPC and feed optimisation
  • Experience within eCommerce, retail, healthcare or outdoor/gardening categories is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Rithum (ChannelAdvisor) or similar multichannel platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 and Wise Robot or similar platforms is advantageous

Why Join Us?

This is more than just another eCommerce role — it’s an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in marketplace growth, where your contribution will have visible impact from day one.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Hybrid working with one day per week from home
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Your birthday off
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Recognition and reward schemes
  • Pension scheme
  • Free onsite parking
  • Complimentary refreshments
  • Summer company events and BBQs
  • A business that genuinely values employee wellbeing and sustainability

Ready to Grow With Us?

If you’re looking for a career where you can contribute to ambitious growth plans, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help shape the future of our marketplace success.

Benefits:
