Full job description

Working Hours

  • 5 days per week: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 1 day per week: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Total: 33 hours per week
  • Temporary position

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.
  • Follow food safety and health and safety procedures.
  • Work efficiently and professionally as part of the kitchen team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual and well organised.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
