The Glengarry Castle Hotel is a family run Country House Hotel in the Scottish Highlands, between Inverness and Fort William.

We provide Live-in accommodation and meals FREE.

Looking for 2 General Assistant for Waiting and Housekeeping from now to 1st November.

This is a mixed role no Housekeeping only jobs available.

Skills and experience required to fulfil the role of Waiter/Waitress:

  • Experience within a restaurant
  • Impeccably presented
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Team player with a proactive approach to learning

Housekeeping Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all linens are cleaned and presented appropriately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £480.00 per week
