This is a consistent weekly role (not ad-hoc work) for people who want regular weekend hours, enjoy working with children, and can communicate clearly and show strong reliability.

Previous coaching experience is not required, however experience working with children, leading groups, teaching, childcare, sport, performing arts or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

  • Delivering simple games and activities (training provided)
  • Creating a positive, energetic and safe environment for children and parents
  • Setting up and packing away equipment before and after sessions
  • Working as part of a supportive coaching team

Who we are looking for

We are prioritising reliability, communication, and consistency.

You should be:

  • 18+ and confident working with young children
  • Reliable and able to commit to regular weekend morning sessions (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • A clear communicator who responds to messages and scheduling promptly
  • Positive, energetic, and comfortable leading groups
  • Able to travel across South East London (within 45 minutes)
  • Interested in sport, coaching, teaching or childcare

  • Ongoing, consistent weekly work
  • Full training and support
  • Friendly and energetic coaching environment
  • Valuable experience for careers in teaching, coaching, or childcare
  • Referral bonus scheme
