Full job description

Lasani is seeking dedicated front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests

AVAILABILITY: FULL TIME

Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner

- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations when requested

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience

- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the dining experience

- Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Manage multiple tables while providing attentive guest services

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

Experience

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues

- Knowledge of basic maths for order processing and bill calculations

- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation and service

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment

- Understanding of culinary techniques and menu items
