Full job description

The Bridge Hotel in Greenford, West London, is seeking an experienced Temporary Relief Manager to join the team on a three-month temporary contract, providing essential cover during a period of absence. As a 68-bedroom hotel with a busy food and beverage operation, traditional pub, restaurant, events space and strong local trade, this role requires a hands-on leader who can quickly understand the business, gain the confidence of the team and make an immediate impact.

We're looking for a proven hospitality manager with at least four years' management experience who can step seamlessly into the operation, maintaining high standards across the hotel, pub and restaurant while ensuring excellent guest experiences and commercial performance. The successful candidate will be confident leading teams, driving operational standards and making effective decisions from day one in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, 40-hour position on a three-month fixed-term contract. The salary is £45,000 per annum pro rata, reflecting the temporary nature of the role.
