About Rivera Workforce Limited
Rivera Workforce Limited is a London-based hospitality staffing agency recruiting professional, reliable and well-presented staff for upcoming events, hotels, restaurants and premium hospitality venues across London.
We are looking for confident, well-groomed and enthusiastic individuals who can deliver excellent guest service in professional hospitality environments.
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with international hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service.
- Maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards.
- Support event setup and service operations.
- Follow venue standards and manager instructions.
- Work professionally as part of a team.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred.
- Smart, well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Friendly, confident and polite personality.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in premium hospitality environments.
- Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Pay & Working Arrangements
- £12.75–£13.25 per hour, depending on the role.
- Temporary and flexible assignments.
- Zero-hours engagement.
- Various locations across London.
- Statutory holiday entitlement and applicable employment rights.
Important: We are currently building our hospitality worker pool for upcoming assignments. Shifts depend on client requirements and availability. No minimum hours or assignments are guaranteed.
