Description
We are recruiting a number of reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support a short-term administrative project.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role involving document handling, scanning, and structured data entry into our case management system. The role is ideally suited to students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in a professional services environment.
The project forms part of a wider initiative to create a secure, searchable digital record of legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and handle confidential legal documents in a secure environment
- Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring completeness and quality
- Scan documents accurately and save them in line with defined naming conventions
- Input key information into our case management system, including:
- Upload scanned documents to the correct client records
- Refile physical documents accurately following digitisation
- Support quality assurance checks and correct any errors identified
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow structured processes
- Confident using IT systems and undertaking data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- An interest in legal or professional services is desirable but not essential
