We are looking for a motivated and resilient Rough Sleeper Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join our Housing Options Service.
You will work directly with people who have experienced rough sleeping, providing practical, person-centred support to help them access accommodation and successfully sustain their tenancy. Working with individuals who may have complex needs, you will build positive relationships, identify barriers to maintaining accommodation and coordinate support with relevant internal and external services.
You will need excellent communication and engagement skills, a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to work effectively with partner agencies. Experience of working with people experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping or other complex housing and support needs would be an advantage.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping some of our most vulnerable residents achieve greater housing stability and independence.
If you are committed to preventing repeat homelessness and helping people build sustainable lives away from the street, we would like to hear from you.
