This is a high-impact role combining field-based leadership, strategic business development, and team management. You'll work closely with our trusted independent optical partners across the region. Help to support regional expansion, and most importantly, lead and manage a talented team of clinical and commercial audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants.

Collaborating with key internal teams – including Marketing, Recruitment, Professional Services, New Business and the Senior Leadership Team – you’ll play a central role in our mission to deliver life-changing hearing care.

What You’ll Be Doing

For Partner Practices:

  • Champion new site launches using a proven 6-week onboarding plan.
  • Work with partner practices and clinicians to deliver open days in the local community.
  • Collaborate with optical partners to ensure a seamless and successful go-live experience.
  • Build strong commercial relationships and lead on tailored growth strategies.
  • Drive full hearing assessments through team engagement and local marketing plans.
  • Monitor success through KPIs, ROI, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify new partner opportunities to accelerate THCP expansion.

For Audiologists & HCAs:

  • Lead and develop a team of highly skilled clinical and commercial audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants.
  • Embed hearing care as a vital service within optical practices through close collaboration and mentoring.
  • Support performance through frequent monthly visits and two weekly virtual team meetings.
  • Promote ongoing clinical excellence and superior patient outcomes.
  • Foster a positive team culture where individuals are empowered, supported, and inspired to help their patients, partners & each other.
  • Encourage local visibility through community engagement events and initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding to build a strong team as we grow.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven background in business development and multi-site people leadership.
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational delivery experience.
  • A proven track record of managing and developing clinical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven capability to delegate strategically and collaborate to strengthen team and partner performance.
  • Proven ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships.

An ability to work with and influence multiple internal departments.

  • A background in audiology or optical is essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that puts patients and people at the centre of everything.
  • Work with independent partners who share our commitment to quality and care.
  • Help grow one of the UK’s most respected and fastest-growing hearing care providers.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and expert colleagues in a supportive and innovative environment.
  • Make a real difference – not just in the numbers, but in people’s lives.

What You’ll Get in Return

  • £59,000 base salary
  • Monthly & quarterly performance-based bonus schemes
  • Company car (electric or hybrid) or car allowance
  • Health cash plan (supporting everyday health costs)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Gym membership contribution
  • 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • The opportunity to shape the future of hearing care in a fast-growing, values-driven business

Apply now to be a key leader in The Hearing Care Partnership’s mission. Shape the future of hearing care – for patients, for partners, and for professionals.
